The graduation gown has been designed to combine both originality and Qatar's heritage, and features the traditional graduation gown which consists of a black gown and a black quadrangular cap. The gown cost is QR150.
Uniform pick-up policies
- The student must be a graduate of class of 2021.
- Wearing the graduation uniform is mandatory for all female graduates in the graduation ceremony. No modifications will be allowed to the uniform design except for size modifications only.
- Only electronic payments are accepted, e.g. VISA Card or Master Card. Alternatively, QNB Prepaid Mastercard can be used.
- The amount paid cannot be refunded.
- After clicking the payment link, fill in the student’s information, then choose the size of the uniform and then pay.
- The graduate can go to sites designated for distributing uniforms to female graduates 48 hours after the online payment process by the graduate at the times that will be announced, as she will not be able to receive the uniform before that.
- The size of the uniform chosen through the electronic payment system will not be exchanged with another size.
- A graduate is allowed to purchase only one graduate uniform, noting that the size chosen by you will be approved in the system.
- You should show the University card or ID card.
- You should show the message that contains the receipt.
