It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the Biomedical Research Center (BRC) at QU Health, Qatar University.
This year marks an exciting new chapter for the BRC as we move under the umbrella of the Vice President for Medical and Health Sciences. This strategic transition will strengthen our integration across basic, applied, and clinical research, enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation across all health-related fields.
At the BRC, we remain deeply committed to advancing research in infectious diseases, biomedical engineering, applied and translational sciences, and alternative medicine. Our focus is not only on discovery but also on applying knowledge to improve health outcomes locally and globally.
We are equally passionate about nurturing the next generation of scientists. Supporting undergraduate and graduate students in their research journeys is a cornerstone of our mission. We aim to provide an environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and excellence.
